The Special Cell of Delhi Police suspects the involvement of Pakistan's intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) behind the recovery of 1.5 kg of explosive material found at East Delhi's Ghazipur area.
On Friday, around 1.5 kg of improvised explosive device (IED) was recovered from an unattended bag at Ghazipur Flower Market. The use of RDX (Royal Demolition eXplosive) in the IED has made the special cell suspect the role of ISI behind this.
