Indian student Naveen, who hailed from Haveri in Karnataka, was killed in Russian shelling in Ukraine's Kharkiv this morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Naveen's family and offered his condolences.
Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai spoke to Naveen's family to express grief over Naveen's demise in Ukraine.
