Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to attend and address the convocation ceremony of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-kanpur) on December 28. And for his address, PM Modi has invited suggestions from students, alumni, other IITs, and the vast IIT alumni network spread globally.
