Payal Rohatgi fails to name the President of India on Lock Upp, gets trolled

Payal Rohatgi went blank when she was asked the name of President of India on captive reality show Lock Upp. The actress got trolled for not knowing the answer.

Payal Rohatgi is one of the contestants on Ekta Kapoor's captive reality show Lock Upp. The actress is being trolled on social media for failing to name the President of India on the show. In a task, Payal and other members of her team were asked for the name of the President of India. The actress is being trolled for the same as she is quite vocal about her political views.

During the task, contestants from both the teams were asked to tell the name of the current President of India. Payal Rohatgi, Sara Khan, Nisha Rawal, and Poonam Pandey, none of them could give the correct answer. This came as a shock to netizens as Payal is quite active on social media about her political views and how much she loves her country. The actress went blank when she was asked the question. Not just this, she also failed to answer a question about the word count on Twitter. She said 140, whereas the right answer was 280.

Payal is quite always been active on social media and has often been criticized for her controversial posts. In fact, in 2021, Payal's Twitter account was suspended twice in a month for violating the rules of the microblogging site.

Another user found it shameful and none of the team members knew the name of the President of India. The tweet read, "It is very shameful that in @LockuppGame reality show four contestant Nisha Rawal,Payal Rohatgi,Sara Khan, Poonam Pandey were asked the name of the current President of India but it's shocked to see that they don't know the name of the President of India. #LockUpp #LockUppGame (sic)."
