Only Murders in the Building Episode 9 dropped on Disney+Hotstar today, October 12. Hopefully, you are caught up on the first eight episodes of the show, so that you know the twists and turns that are in store for you in the latest episode. The ninth episode not only takes the murder investigation to a whole new level but also introduces some new characters into the fold. The mystery of Tim Kono’s murder has not only dominated the plot of the show but also the lives of Oliver (Martin Short), Charles (Steve Martin) and Mabel (Selena Gomez). They are hellbent on finding out the killer as they record their crime podcast. Therefore, it is no surprise that in the ninth episode, following the failure of their theory that the Dimases killed Tim, the trio reopened their investigation. However, the killer might be one among them, which leaves the viewers even curious.
Martin Short makes us fall in love with him instantly with his goofy personality. Mabel seems to always stumble upon the right clues, despite looking in the wrong places. Selena beautifully steps into the character as she goes about brainstorming the murder of her former friend. Steve Martin's Charles is a bit of an uptight man, who is in love with Jan (played by Amy Ryan) and that's where the twist comes. The penultimate episode brings with it a brand-new suspect, but we will have to wait for the 10th episode to find out if they are right this time. The trio is one step away from catching the killer, and she might be Charles' girlfriend.
