
Nothing without nature: Himachal landslide victim tweeted 25 mins before being hit by boulders

Nine people were killed when boulders crashed on a tempo traveller on the Sangla-Chitkul road in Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur district on Sunday afternoon. Deepa Sharma, 34 years old, was one of them.
At 12.59 pm on Sunday, 34-year-old Deepa Sharma from Jaipur tweeted a photograph of herself at the Nagasti post in Himachal Pradesh. She wrote, “Standing at the last point of India where civilians are allowed. In a rain-induced landslide, a massive boulder fell on a tempo traveller ferrying tourists from Chitkula to Sangla in Himachal Pradesh’s Kinnaur district on Sunday.
