MoS Subhas Sarkar said that NIT Sikkim permanent campus coming up at Khamdong would be ready by 2024.
The NIT Sikkim permanent campus would be completed by 2024 and construction would begin soon, Union Minister of State for Education Subhas Sarkar announced on Sunday. NIT Sikkim has been operating from a temporary campus at Ravangla since its inception.
Sarkar also said that within the two and a half years, construction will also be completed on the second phase of the Sikkim Central University’s campus at Yangyang in South Sikkim
