As many as 23 teams of NIA officials raided multiple locations across different districts in Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. PFI members were taken for questioning related to instances of instigating violence and illegal activities.
National Investigation Agency (NIA) officials raided multiple locations across different districts in Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. Members of the Popular Front of India (PFI) have been picked up for questioning in connection with instigating violence and illegal activities.
As many as 23 teams of NIA officials simultaneously conducted searches in Nizamabad, Kurnool, Guntur and Nellore districts.
According to sources, the raids are related to information on terrorist activities in the area.
PFI district convener Shadullah, Mohammad Imran and Mohammad Abdul Mobin have already been picked up by officials during these searches. They are being questioned for instigating violence and illegal activities/training under the guise of teaching karate.
