With nearly 46,000 units sold here since its arrival in 1995, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class is one of the most popular luxury sedans in India, if not the most popular. Apart from China, India is the only market where the E-Class is sold in the LWB (long wheelbase) form. India is also the only market to get the right-hand-drive version of the LWB E-Class, which was launched here in 2017.
