A Mumbai woman shared a video of her wholesome conversation with a young girl who was selling flowers on the road, which received emotional reactions from social media users.
The clip was shared by Instagram user Mahek Shah, who wrote about the moment in the caption accompanying her post.
In her caption, Shah explained that she was usually not someone who liked flowers, pointing out that while it seemed unusual, she avoided them because they withered quickly and made her feel sad.
She then shared that she initially did not want to take the flower, but the young girl unknowingly brightened her day. Encouraging others to support street vendors, she wrote that even if buying flowers felt insignificant to someone else, “it makes them happier even when it’s not a big deal for you.”
The accompanying video visually captured the same interaction. The young girl can be seen smiling warmly as she speaks to the people inside the car and hands them a flower despite their initial refusal.
After being asked about the price, she repeats that they can pay any amount they wish, accepts the money gratefully, and thanks them with a bright smile before stepping away.
