Motorola may launch a tablet in India in October. The company is also expected to unveil an Android Smart TV alongside the tablet.
Motorola is all set to enter the tablet market in India with the Moto Tab 8. The company has not made any official announcement yet but the reports suggest that the tablet would be launched in India on October 1. Now new reports also suggest that the Lenovo-owned company will also a new smart TV in India alongside the tablet. Motorola is not new to the smart TV market. The company has a couple of Smart TVs available in the market. This time, the Lenovo-owned company could launch a new line-up.
As fas the tablet is concerned, the reports suggest that the Moto Tab 8 will be a rebranded version of the Lenovo Tab M8. The Lenovo tablet was launched in India two years ago, and it currently sells in India for Rs 13,999. The Moto Tab 8 features an 8-inch display with a resolution of1920 x 1200 pixels. The tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22T Tab octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, which can be expandable using a microSD card. The tablet runs on the Android Pie v9.0 operating system
