In one of the posts on the app, Manushi redefined chic fashion and sizzled in a velvet cut-out dress by Dubai-based designer Alina Anwar. She was attending a Billie Eilish concert in London in the sexy outfit and we are simply obsessed with it.
What Manushi Chhillar wore was a cut-out dress. The number featured a white strappy bustier and displayed velvet towards the hem. The attire complemented the former beauty queen's toned figure perfectly and is the best choice for a night-out with friends.
As far as her makeup was concerned, she took the subtle route with mascara-laden eyes, blush, highlighter and a dab of lipstick. Manushi ditched her accessories and just carried a black sling-bag.
