A video shared on Instagram by food blogger Sonia Negi shows the street vendor making a paratha stuffed with gulab jamuns.
The internet regularly churns out some bizarre fusion food that can easily leave one disgusted. Be it Kurkure milkshake or dosa ice-cream, the odd food dishes never seem to stop irking netizens. Now, a type of paratha by a street food vendor has left the internet divided.
A video shared on Instagram by food blogger Sonia Negi shows the street vendor making a paratha stuffed with gulab jamuns. The man stuffs some gulab jamuns inside the paratha and fries it well in a generous amount of ghee. The man then serves the paratha with several spoonfuls of chashni or sweet syrup.
“Actually I am shocked but this turned out to be really good,” read the caption.

The video has received several mixed reactions and tons of comments. While one section of the internet was totally disgusted by the odd concoction, one section expressed their eagerness to try out the dish. The blogger herself wrote that the taste of the paratha was exceptional.
