Kangana's plea to transfer Javed Akhtar defamation case to another court to be heard on Oct 1

Kangana Ranaut has filed a plea to transfer the defamation case filed by Javed Akhtar against her to another court. The court will hear the plea on October 1.

Kangana Ranaut and Javed Akhtar today, September 20, attended the court hearing in the defamation case filed by the lyricist against the actress. She came a little late for the hearing at the magistrate court in Andheri and filed an appeal to transfer the case to another court. The actress said that she has lost faith in the court. Earlier, the Bombay High Court had dismissed a plea filed by the actress that sought quashing of the complaint registered against her by Javed Akhtar.
