In Cuddalore district, 32 persons tested positive, taking the total number of positive cases in the district to 63,039.
Villupuram district reported 22 positive cases, taking the overall tally to 45,251.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
