Kabir Singh 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 confirmed, say producers

Post the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, the producers of the film have confirmed the third part of their successful franchise. They have also confirmed Kabir Singh 2.

Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, has ended Bollywood's dry spell at the box office. After a long time, we have a Bollywood film which is inching closer to Rs 100 crore at BO. With the super success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, the makers of the film have decided to take the franchise forward with the third installment. Yes, you read that right! Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will be made and that's exactly what the producers have confirmed.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, producers Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani confirmed Kabir Singh 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Talking about the third part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa, the producers said, "We are definitely taking the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise forward. There is enough scope in the premise and we will announce more details at the right time."

They also spoke about the possibility of Kabir Singh 2. "I think our film Kabir Singh can definitely be spun into a franchise. It’s an iconic character and can be taken into a second part," said Bhushan Kumar. Murad Khetani further mentioned that he would love if Bhushan Kumar would make Aashiqui 3.

Talking about Kabir Singh, it was the official Hindi remake of Vijay Deverakonda's Telugu film, Arjun Reddy. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Kabir Singh featured Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in lead roles. On the other hand, Bhool Bhulaiyaa originally featured Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan. The second installment was made with Kartik and Kiara. The film also starred Tabu and Rajpal Yadav.

Now, it remains to be seen which actors will be a part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Kabir Singh 2.
