The aromatic spices and their flavours are something people can’t stop talking about. One of the most popular Indian vegetarian dishes has to be palak paneer and it is easily available at any Indian food joints abroad. Now, a video of a Japanese grandmother trying palak panner and vegetable curry for the first time has gone crazy viral on social media. The video was posted on Instagram by Nisha Zaveri. She runs a catering service in Japan’s Kobe and she made this vegetarian platter for her customers.
Nisha posted the video on her Instagram handle where she often shares delectable food videos. The elderly woman in the video can be seen tearing off a piece of roti/paratha and scooping some palak panner. Then she gobbled up the food. When asked whether she liked the food, she said, “Hmmm, yummy! What is this made out of?” “This is palak paneer. It is made from spinach and cottage cheese,” her granddaughter answered. “Hmm yum! Seems healthy,” the grandmother adds.
