James box office collection Day 4: Puneeth Rajkumar's film earns big worldwide

Late Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar's James is doing exceptionally well at the box office worldwide. The commercial entertainer was released on Puneeth's birth anniversary, March 17.
Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar's last film, James, is setting the worldwide box office on fire. The film is performing exceptionally well and is going strong at the box office. Apart from Karnataka, James is also seeing an increase in collection in the international circuit. Fans are thronging to the theatres to see Puneeth Rajkumar come alive on screen in the film.
Puneeth Rajkumar, who is fondly called Appu by his fans, passed away on October 29, 2021. He suffered a massive heart attack and breathed his last at the age of 46. He was laid to rest at the Kanteerava Studios in Bengaluru with full state honours.
According to trade reports, James saw a packed weekend with family audiences visiting the theatres to see Puneeth Rajkumar's last film. The Twitter handle of Karnataka Box office wrote, "#James will have 2nd Biggest day today in terms of Box office. xcellent Bookings all over the State. James will post great weekend numbers (sic)."

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala revealed that James is performing well in the international circuit. In fact, the film has grabbed the Top 2 position in the UAE, which is rare for a Kannada movie.
