IS claims responsibility for Afghanistan explosions that killed 31

The Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for the attack in Afghanistan on Thursday that killed at least 31 people.

IS has claimed responsibility for the four explosions across Afghanistan on Thursday, April 21, in which at least 31 people were killed and 87 wounded.
