Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan has shared another video on her Instagram page in which she is seen talking about her battle against depression and how she piles up stuff which often gets too much and causes her to “crash”. She then shared that her plan is to work on her burn out phases. Ira Khan has been talking about her depression openly to create awareness about mental health issues. In her latest video, she talks about feeling better, but also feeling that there is a part of her that doesn’t believe in her and thinks that she is overreacting. Stressing that she doesn’t have any immediate threats to her life, Ira said, “I do not do drugs, I do not harm myself, I do not drink too much.” She further added, “My depression does not work like that. I do not have immediate life-threats. That is not how my depression manifests.” She then talked about “piling stuff up” and crashing when it all gets too much to handle.More Related News
