The site says that the cashback is not immediately transferred and is credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month. The cashback offer is available on both EMI and Non-EMI transactions.
Apart from this, there is also an exchange offer of up to Rs 10,000 as well as Rs 3,000 additional exchange bonus. So, the total exchange price is Rs 13,000, which effectively brings down the price to Rs 28,900. This also includes the Rs 2,000 cashback offer.
