A video of a Bengaluru influencer being confronted by an elderly woman for her clothing has gone viral, drawing attention to the ongoing issue of moral policing and sparking widespread online discussion.

A viral video from Bengaluru captures an awkward moment when an influencer posing for pictures on the street was suddenly confronted by an elderly woman who objected to her clothes.

The clip features an influencer named Shriyanshi, who was reportedly shooting photos in natural sunlight when an unexpected confrontation took place.

According to the video shared on Shriyanshi’s Instagram account, she had stepped out to take pictures on a road in the city. While she was posing for photographs, an elderly woman approached her and began scolding her for the clothes she was wearing. The woman, speaking in the local language, appeared visibly upset and continued lecturing the influencer about her outfit.

As the situation unfolded, Shriyanshi was seen trying to calm things down rather than arguing back. In the video, she repeatedly apologises to the elderly woman, seemingly attempting to de-escalate the situation and avoid a larger confrontation.
