Hyderabad woman helps murder-accused husband escape by throwing chili powder at police

Upon seeing the police, she threw chill powder at them to give time for her husband, a murder accused, to escape. She also raised a false alarm that the police were harassing her.

A murder accused’s wife allegedly attacked Uttarakhand STF police and Rajendranagar police team with chilli powder to help her husband, Wasim, escape in Telangana's Attapur.

A case has been lodged against Shameem Parveen under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for obstructing the police. As per reports, she was taken into custody and was let go on Wednesday.
