Human remains found on wheels of US jet that took off from Kabul with Afghans clinging on

The US Air Force has said it has found human remains on the wheels of the C-17 aircraft that took off from Kabul on Monday with scores of Afghans clinging onto its wheels.

A day after the tragic visuals from Kabul airport surfaced showing several Afghans sitting on the wheels of the US aircraft in a desperate bid to escape Afghanistan, the Air Force has said it has found human remains on the wheels of the military aircraft upon its landing. A day earlier, scores of desperate Afghans, trying to flee the Taliban regime, were seen holding on to the wings and wheels of the flight as it took off from Kabul.
