If you are a foodie, by no means have you missed out on the viral videos on Instagram where food bloggers introduced us to a new variety of chaat - the rasgulla chaat. Now, yet another video has emerged on social media where a food vendor used gulab jamuns to make chaat.
Yes, you heard that right. Food blogger Ishaan Sharma visited an eatery where the vendor gave their own twist to the regular chaat by adding gulab jamuns instead of bhalla to it. The video was posted on Ishaan’s Instagram account last month and it has garnered over 1 lakh likes.
The food vendor begins by placing four gulab jamuns on the plate and tops them with yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, papdi, bhujia and finally some pomegranate kernels. Then, food blogger Ishaan tried the combination. Did he like it? Well, his caption suggests so.
