Former SC judge, ex-ASG face off over Mamata’s Pegasus probe

Former SC judge Justice (retired) AK Ganguly and Bishwajit Bhattacharyya, former ASG of India, differ over Mamata Banerjee’s probe into Pegasus Snoopgate.

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has formed a two-member judicial inquiry panel led by former Supreme Court judge Madan Lokur to probe Pegasus Snoopgate. Former SC judge Justice (retired) AK Ganguly and Bishwajit Bhattacharyya, former Additional Solicitor General (ASG) of India, differed over the move.
