Actor and Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh expressed relief after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the repeal of the three farm laws against which farmers have been protesting at Delhi’s borders for nearly a year on Friday, November 19. In 2020, Diljit had joined the farmers’ protest and even donated Rs 1 crore to purchase warm clothes for them to brave Delhi’s harsh winter.
