Diljit Dosanjh says 'shukar' as PM Narendra Modi withdraws Farm Laws

Diljit Dosanjh has reacted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision to repeal Farm Laws. The actor-singer had joined the farmers’ protest at Delhi’s Singhu border in 2020.

Actor and Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh expressed relief after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the repeal of the three farm laws against which farmers have been protesting at Delhi’s borders for nearly a year on Friday, November 19. In 2020, Diljit had joined the farmers’ protest and even donated Rs 1 crore to purchase warm clothes for them to brave Delhi’s harsh winter.
