Delhi High Court has dismissed a Kerala State Board plea alleging disproportionate admission in Delhi University.
The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a petition which alleged a 'disproportionate' number of admissions of students from Kerala state board at Delhi University, saying fixing of cut-offs was a matter of the university's admission policy. Justice Prateek Jalan said that matters of academic policy were best left to the university and the court would be slow in interfering with the same.
