Days after winning the municipal polls in Chandigarh, Congress leader Harpreet Kaur Babla switched over to the BJP along with her husband.

Days after winning the municipal polls in Chandigarh, Congress leader Harpreet Kaur Babla switched over to the BJP on Sunday. Along with Harpreet, her husband and senior Congress leader Devinder Singh Babla also joined the BJP.

Harpreet and Devinder Babla were inducted into the BJP at the party's Chandigarh office in the presence of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Chandigarh MP Kirron Kher, Chandigarh BJP chief Arun Sood and former Chandigarh BJP president Sanjay Tandon.
