Cops bust gang cheating youths in money-for-sex scam

Cops said the 'Hello Gang' used to lure youths via online advertisements.

Three persons, including a call centre owner, have been arrested by Agra Police for duping youths of lakhs of rupees on the pretext of making them 'playboys' or gigolos.

According to police sources, the 'Hello Gang' used to call youths via online advertisements on the pretext of making them 'playboys' and charge them up to Rs 50,000 as registration fees. However, after getting the money, the gang members would switch off their phones and go incommunicado.
