Citroen India announced it will launch its flagship Citroen C5 Aircross SUV in the country next month on April 7, 2021. The French carmaker has already commenced with the pre-bookings of the new Citroen C5 Aircross SUV at an initial token amount of Rs 50,000 from the company's new La Maison dealership or its official website. Once launched, the Citroen C5 Aircross SUV will take on the likes of the 2021 Hyundai Tucson, Kia Seltos, 2021 MG Hector, 2021 Jeep Compass, and even Volkswagen Tiguan AllSpace in the country. In terms of dimensions, the Citroen C5 Aircross is just slightly longer than the Hyundai Tucson and the Jeep Compass but shorter than the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace. The front pseudo air intakes are a reflection of the tailpipe ends while the same theme is carried to the sides as well in the form of the air bumps on the lower sills. The grille has the Citroen double chevron built into the parallel chrome lines, while the double stacks feature everywhere such as the front grille, the double headlights, or the tail-lamps, and are even carried forward to the interiors with double-stacked air-con vents. The Swirl design two-tone diamond-cut 18-inch alloys give the car elegance as well as the right height. On the inside, the Citroen C5 Aircross SUV is nice and plush to look at. The large 12.3-inch display for the instrument panel has displays that mirror the style markers and comes with 3 preset customizations and a further 3 ambiance modes. The 8-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system looks premium and goes well with the overall design of the dashboard giving it a befitting SUV status. There is also an onboard AQI monitoring system complete with an air purification unit to keep the air clean.More Related News
