CBSE term 2 board exams 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) successfully conducted the Class 10 term 2 English board exams on Wednesday at various test centres from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. According to teachers, the Class 10 English question paper was based on the guidelines and directives provided by CBSE.
The CBSE Class 10th term 2 question paper consisted of three sections- Reading, Writing and Grammar and Literature.
"The question paper was based on the guidelines and directives provided by the CBSE. It was a well-designed and balanced paper," said Geeta Khokaran, PGT English at VidyaGYan.
The students found the comprehensive but bit lengthy. Meanwhile, speaking to India Today, a student of DAV Public School said that the paper was overall easy with direct questions."
The CBSE Class 10th and Class 12th board examinations started from April 26, 2022. The examination for Class 10th board is being conducted for over 75 subjects. To ensure that the students are appearing in the examination without any stress, CBSE has fixed the timetable in such a manner that students are getting sufficient time for the purpose of preparation of the examination in all the subjects.
More than 35 lakh Class 10 and Class 12 students are appearing for the CBSE term 2 board exams.
