Captain Amarinder Singh resigns as Punjab Chief Minister

Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, on Saturday, stepped down after meeting the Governor Banwarilal Purohit. The CM’s Media Advisor Raveen Thukral tweeted that his council of Ministers also resigned.
Punjab Chief Minister’s son Raninder Singh says his father has submitted resignation to Governor Banwarilal Purohit.
He had accompanied Captain Amarinder Singh to the Raj Bhawan.
