The Bihar government has announced the decision to not allow any private elementary school catering to Classes 1 to 8 to operate without government approval.
The Bihar government has decided that private elementary schools of the state catering to Classes 1 to 8 will now not be able to operate without the government’s permission. Such schools have been given five months till December 31, 2021 to get the government approval in order to continue to run. On the other hand, schools that have already received permission from the government to operate in the offline medium would need to upload the necessary documents online on the government’s web portal within two months.
