Delhi Police on Saturday arrested two people, including the personal secretary of a Bihar minister, for allegedly getting a forged pass made to enter Parliament.
Delhi Police on Saturday arrested two people, including the personal secretary of a Bihar minister, for allegedly getting a forged pass made to enter Parliament.
The accused has been identified Babloo Kumar Arya, resident of Gopalganj district in Bihar and personal secretary to the Minister for Mining and Geology Janak Ram. The second person arrested is cyber cafe owner Mahesh Kumar, at whose shop the entry pass was allegedly forged.
