Bhagyashree, as her Instagram bio suggests, is a fitness addict. She often shares glimpses of her workout routine with her fans and followers on the social media platform and inspires them to exercise regularly.
In her new video posted on May 10, the actress shared some easy exercises that increase body flexibility and help you deal with stiffness-related issues. “Age-related stiffness or mobility issues due to pain can cause a problem with doing your daily activities. These simple, easy-to-do exercises can increase flexibility and blood circulation,” she wrote in the caption.
“Begin with about 10 reps of each exercise every day. In case you are suffering from knee issues, use a flat pillow or towel under your knees. Movement is medicine, so ditch the sedentary lifestyle now,” she added.

The exercises Bhagyashree performed in the video focused on hip mobility. She did several reps of hip thrusts, hip stretches and side sits.
“Stiffness can be age-related or due to a sedentary lifestyle. The flexibility of your hip joint is almost as important as the strength of your core to be able to do your daily activities pain-free,” Bhagyashree said in the clip.
