The Assam Class 10 HSLC board exams for this academic session have been postponed due to the rise in Covid-19 cases across the state.
The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) has recently announced that the Assam Class 10 board exams have been postponed across the state in view of the increasing cases of Covid-19 in the past few weeks. The Class 10 Matric exams in Assam have been postponed after several students raised their voices on social media against the conduction of physical exams during a pandemic. No new dates for the conduction of the exams have been issued by SEBA yet. As per the official notification, the revised schedule of the Assam High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exams will be announced shortly, after consulting the health department of the state. It is being speculated that the exams will be held in June this year.
