Sachin Sanghe carved out a mini sculpture of Lata Mangeshkar as a tribute to her on a piece of chalk in a video that has gone viral online.
Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away on February 6. She died of Covid-19 complications at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. She was 92. Heartfelt tributes have been pouring in from all over the world for the playback singer. Now, a video of an artist carving out a mini sculpture of Lata Mangeshkar on a piece of chalk has gone viral online. Netizens simply loved the moving tribute to the singer and you should definitely check it out too.
The now-viral video was posted on Twitter by Sachin Sanghe who is a micro-sculpture artist and a software engineer. In the time-lapse clip, he can be seen carving out Lata Mangeshkar’s face on a piece of chalk. He used a very sharp object to do the carving and the sheer precision with which he did it is just marvellous and has left netizens in awe.
