Amid the increasing Omicron cases, Apple has now tightened up the norms for employees working in its stores and corporate offices in the US. The company now requires employees to get a Covid-19 booster shot to come to the workplace. If not, they might be subjected to frequent Covid-19 tests before entering the workplace.
The information was shared in a recent email sent internally to employees. As seen by The Verge, the email mentions that the new norms will be in effect starting February 15. Post the date, any employee who is eligible for a booster dose should be vaccinated.
