'Apne to sorry bola tha wannabe didi,' Chahatt Khanna hits back at Uorfi Javed's jibe

Chahatt Khanna was among the four actors who received gifts from conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. After Uorfi Javed took a jibe at her for this, Chahatt has now hit back with an apt reply.
Uorfi Javed and Chahatt Khanna have been at loggerheads for quite some time now. It all started when Chahatt criticised Uorfi's dressing sense. Their war of words took an ugly turn and the Bigg Boss OTT contestant even went on to make a remark on Chahatt's divorced status. She later apologised for it though. However, recently, Uorfi Javed took dig at Chahatt Khanna after her name appeared on the ED's list for taking gifts and cash from conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. This received a reaction from Chahatt.
Sharing the screenshot of a news report on Chahatt Khanna being one of the three actors who met Sukesh Chandrashekar in the jail and received luxury gifts from him, Uorfi Javed wrote, "But I am the obnoxious one for dressing up indecently and paying the media! :)"
Reacting to this, Chahatt Khanna wrote, "Kya hua wannabe didi? Apne tho sorry bola tha, ab phir se sorry bolne ka irada hai kya? Bas kar pagli ab bar bar sorry bolke rulayegi kya (sic)."
Uorfi Javed and Chahatt Khanna made headlines for their ugly spat. Uorfi later apologised to the actress. During a public appearance, Urfi said, “I think I was wrong, I shouldn’t have commented on her two divorces. It’s very low of me. No matter what anyone says, I should keep my calm.” She added, “I should stand for what I believe in, puri duniyaa comment karti hai. It was wrong.”
Chahatt Khanna’s statement was recorded by ED on December 16, 2021 wherein she stated that around January-February 2018, Pinky had called her and wanted her as a mom blogger for a fund-raising event for a very good friend of hers but that didn’t happen.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar met four female actors while he was lodged in Delhi jail and gave them money and expensive bags and watches. Chahatt Khanna told ED that she was introduced to Sukesh as Shekhar Reddy, an owner of South Indian Channel, by Pinky Irani.
“It was further revealed that once in May, 2018, Chahatt Khanna met accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar inside the Tihar Jail, Delhi at his office, maintained there, for which the accused Pinky Irani gave her Rs 2 lakh in cash and a blue coloured Versace watch,” ED has alleged in its chargesheet.
