Anushka Sharma in Rs 81k daring black dress is a sight to behold at Karan Johar’s birthday bash

While everybody was dressed in their best for Karan Johar’s birthday party, we couldn’t help but obsess over Anushka Sharma’s black outfit as she glammed up in a super-chic Elisabetta Franchi dress.

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party was a grand affair held at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on Wednesday night. Celebrities including Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan, Anushka Sharma, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput attended, as did Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Aryan Khan. While everybody was dressed in their best, we couldn’t help but obsess over Anushka’s black outfit as she glammed up in a super-chic Elisabetta Franchi dress.

The 34-year-old actress wore a flowing viscose dress featuring a risque keyhole detail. A chain accessory - set with rhinestones - was attached to the dress at the waistline as well. The figure-hugging skirt of the full-sleeve dress opened into a side slit as the outfit absolutely made Anushka look like a dream.

To accessorise her attire, Anushka wore stylish wrist cuffs. She set her hair in soft curls but her makeup was just next level. Anushka highlighted her face with a dewy base and loads and loads of bronzer. Then, some kohl and nude lipstick. That’s about it.
