Anurag Kashyap, Taapsee Pannu’s Dobaaraa to premiere at London Film Festival on June 23

Anurag Kashyap’s Dobaaraa, starring Taapsee Pannu, is set to premiere at London Film Festival on June 23. The film also stars Pavail Gulati.

Anurag Kashyap’s much-anticipated new-age thriller, Dobaaraa, is scheduled to release on August 19, 2022. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, the Taapsee Pannu-starrer is set to premiere at London Film Festival. The director-actor duo will be attending the film's opening night gala on June 23.

Dobaaraa stars Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. The film is helmed by director Anurag Kashyap and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor's Cult Movies (a new wing under Balaji Telefilm) and Sunir Kheterpal and Gaurav Bose of Athena.

Dobaaraa is a new age thriller that marks the reunion of Taapsee and Anurag for the third time. This film also reunites Taapsee with her Thappas co-star Pavail Gulati.

For the unversed, Anurag Kashyap's directorial venture, Dobaaraa, is the official Hindi adaption of Oriol Paulo’s 2018 Spanish-language film Mirage. It has been jointly produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Cult Movies and Sunir Khetarpal’s ATHENA.
