Ankita, who swears by yoga for her overall wellbeing, shared a picture of herself performing Parsvakonasana in the hills. She called it one of her favourite yoga asanas and also shared its benefits.
“Parsvakonasana - one of my favourite asanas. It’s a great stretch for groins, spine, waist and shoulders,” she wrote in the caption.
