Air Quality Panel issues new orders for Delhi; Schools, colleges closed till further notice

On Friday, the Centre's air quality panel ordered the shutting of educational institutions due to degrading air quality in Delhi and NCR.
With the air quality degrading on a daily basis, the Centre's air quality panel released a new set of directions to prevent further deterioration in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). As per it, all educational institutions are directed to be closed till further orders, only allowing online mode of education.
“All schools, colleges, and educational institutions in the NCR shall remain closed, allowing only online mode of education, except for the purpose of the conduct of examinations and laboratory practical,” the commission said, reported by PTI.
