As the Congress party central leadership is grappling with dissension in its Punjab unit, there are reports of discontent brewing in Haryana as well. On Monday, at least five party MLAs from Haryana met Congress general secretary (organisation) KC Venugopal and urged the central leadership to consider their views before making any decision regarding appointments in district congress committees in the state.
