He asked them if they also need it from time to time. The actor's cousin, actress Esha Deol commented on the post and wrote that she got off social media last month and therefore can understand him. On Wednesday, Abhay Deol returned from digital detox and shared a throwback picture of himself on Instagram. He wrote, "Sorry for not being on here for some time now. Needed a digital detox! Anyone else go through that need from time to time? #digitaldetox (sic)."
