Aaliyah Kashyap had a great weekend. She shared mirror selfies, pool pictures with her dad’s his ex-wife Kalki Koechlin’s daughter Sappho, fun glimpses with her dog at the beach and more on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Weekend archive (sic).”
Aaliyah Kashyap is Anurag Kashyap's daughter with his first ex-wife Aarti Bajaj. The filmmaker tied the knot with Aarti in 2003, but they got divorced in 2009. Anurag then married Kalki Koechlin in 2011. However, the two also went ahead with a divorce in 2015.
In an earlier interview, Kalki had revealed that she needed therapy after her separation with Anurag. "I have been through a divorce, and also needed therapy. It's important to [be mindful of] your mental health, and get the perspective of one who is not a family member or a friend, sometimes," the actress said.
After her divorce with Anurag, Kalki then started dating Guy Hershberg. They welcomed their daughter, Sappho, on February 07, 2020.
