Two employees of a banking centre in UP's Prayagraj were beaten up by miscreants who brandished pistols and stole a mobile, a router, and cash before fleeing the spot.
Three miscreants, brandishing guns, pistol-whipped employees and took away a mobile, WiFi router, and some cash from a banking suvidha centre in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj.
The incident was caught on CCTV, in which two employees were seen being beaten up by one of the miscreants.
The footage showed three men entering the centre and thrashing the employees before demanding money and valuables. They stole a mobile phone and some cash from the counter and fled the scene. The incident occurred at a Bank of Baroda suvidha centre in Mau Aima town.
The banking suvidha center director, Mohammed Zaid Ansari, has filed a case at Mau Aima police station, and an investigation is underway.

The matter pertains to a petition filed by one Nikhil Kumar Punia, who was born into an upper-caste Hindu family but supposedly converted to Buddhism later. He, along with another General Category candidate, has sought minority reservation benefits for admission to a Buddhist medical college on grounds of their purported conversion.
