BMW has launched the new S 1000 R in India with a starting price of Rs 17.90 lakh for the standard trim, the more feature loaded Pro and Pro M-Sport trims will be considerably more expensive.
BMW has launched the 2021 S 1000 R in India with a starting price of Rs 17.90 lakh ex-showroom. The S 1000 R will be sold in three trims, with a Pro version as well as a Pro M Sport Variant alongside the standard. While the pro will retail for Rs 19.75 lakh, the range topping Pro M-Sport takes a wander into V4 territory at Rs 22.50 lakh. The litre class street fighter takes the capable frame and cycle parts from the track bred super sport the S 1000 RR. This is the first significant upgrade for the street fighter since it first broke cover in 2014. With this update the S 1000 R draws on the current S 1000 RR and sports an all new presence.
