Daniel Goz, known as Nonstop Dan, faced backlash for claiming to be 'stranded' in Singapore during the Middle East crisis while economy seats remained available.
A travel vlogger with more than a million followers is being criticised online after claiming he was “stranded” in Singapore during travel disruptions linked to the US-Israel-Iran crisis.
Daniel Goz, known online as NonStop Dan, faced backlash after posting a video about being unable to travel from Asia to Europe during recent disruptions to international flight routes.
The 28-year-old aviation enthusiast, who has more than one million followers on YouTube, shared a video documenting his travel situation while attempting to fly from Singapore back to Europe.
In the video, originally titled “There are no flights left,” Goz explained that he had been travelling from Bali to Dubai with a stopover in Singapore when the escalating Middle East tensions disrupted several air routes. According to him, the sudden changes left him “stranded” while he searched for ways to continue his journey.
However, viewers quickly noticed something that didn’t quite match the claim.
